Send your request
Email [email protected] from the email address used for your Fivo account, with the subject “Delete my Fivo account”. Tell us that you want your account and associated personal information removed. Never include your password, login code or Google client credentials.
Verification and handling
We verify that the request belongs to the account holder before changing data. We may ask for a safe verification step; we will not ask you to send a password or OTP by email. Requests are handled under applicable privacy requirements and any legally necessary retention exceptions.
Deletion covers the account profile and associated information that no longer needs to be retained. Limited information may remain where justified for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. We explain relevant exceptions when handling your request. Backups are removed through their retention cycle.
Google connections and escalation
Removing Fivo from your Google Account connections revokes Google authorization but does not itself delete your Fivo account. Account deletion also does not delete your Google account.
If you cannot use the account email, or your request remains unresolved, contact [email protected] or [email protected]. We need to verify ownership without exposing another person’s information.
